When (and how frequently) to run a workshop
Creating a workshop title and description
The title should be succinct and descriptive: a few words so that people know exactly what you’re doing. As an example, Nori has a “One Day Ceramics Workshop”.
Think of what you would like to call your workshop and write it down for later.
Choosing what to teach
Being able to transfer knowledge to another person is a gift, and in this case you’ll get paid for it!
The best workshops come from a mix of passion and confidence, but if you had to pick one, pick confidence (and work towards passion in a future workshop).

Choosing pictures

Pictures set the mood and lower the barrier to contacting you; they make you a human instead of a web page. They are your opportunity to create a great first impression.
